About Tony
I grew up in a split household spending most of my time living and going to school in Green Bay. I am a fan of competitive sports, which I now love watching my daughter play these days.
Building and improving homes is a huge passion of mine. I learned all about the trades working for a home improvement company. So when my father bought an old farmhouse in need of a remodel in Northern Wisconsin I was very excited. I had zero interest in the paranormal at this time. I never spent a minute thinking about ghosts or what went bump in the night. Until I had multiple paranormal experiences that completely changed the way I saw the world. Unexplainable events that took place in a quite forest home while I was all by myself. It began a journey to find out perhaps why some spirits are still here. Why some seemingly interact with the living, while others seem oblivious. I find debunking claims has become equally as rewarding as finding evidence that can’t be explained.
PIM does things in a way that I appreciate. We eliminate the possibility of misinterpreting normal everyday noises and occurrences as being presented as paranormal. We do this by implementing tools that are not used in the paranormal field. Tools that are designed for real world purposes to monitor, record, document, and hopefully duplicate occurrences as they happen. My dream investigation would be one that no member of my team could deny is paranormal. It would have zero scientific explanation. Fully captured on video and audio recorders with multiple corresponding pieces of equipment capturing the same thing. The cherry on top would be it was seen by us all in real time.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INVESTIGATION?
My favorite investigation was Willow Creek Farmhouse when we had our team and a few extra guests but we caught multiple EVP’s and had multiple unexplainable events that were experienced by multiple people. At one point we were standing outside when myself and Aaron, a guest investigator, saw a full figure walk across the dining room to later find out it wasn’t a team member that had gone to bed. In that same area we heard a very loud audible cough twice with nobody in that area. We also caught multiple EVP’s that had responded to exact questions I was asking. Which to this day is pretty incredible.
WHAT IS YOUR DREAM INVESTIGATION?
Battleship North Carolina or RMS Queen Mary
WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE PIM OVER OTHER GROUPS THAT ARE OUT THERE?
The approach of debunking and using science first before assuming everything is paranormal. So many investigators use spirit boxes or k2 meters. Things that can be manipulated by other frequencies or electronics. Going into a place assuming its haunted and filled with demons or evil spirits tends to put teams on edge before they even start. PIM goes into places with a mindset that its NOT haunted. We find reasons why the noise happened, was it an animal or an old water heater? What could cause a door to open on its own? THEN when all logical explanations are tested and PIM can’t explain it we MAY consider it paranormal.
RECOMMENDATIONS?
I’m not much of a reader, but I would recommend to people if something strange is happening document it. Look for patterns. If it happens often and at the same time its likely not paranormal. Setup cameras like Ring or Blink with IR lights and audio to help document your experiences. Lastly cats are notorious for knocking over items at night and making all sorts of strange noises especially when they get older, mine surely did.
FUN FACT:
I can build every aspect of a home from basement to the tip of the roof. Thats how I know houses make creepy noises.
