This camera has been modified to make it sensitive to ultraviolet light to go along with the infrared and visible light the camera could already record in. Even though the label says “Full Spectrum”, that name is misleading is it does not cover the full light spectrum. PIM refers to these type of cameras as multi-spectrum. This camera is one of the cameras that PIM uses to document areas at a location we reports of paranormal activity.
One drawback of this model of camera is that you have to have the viewscreen open in order to keep the camera on and recording. As such, a screen cover is required in order to prevent light contamination during investigations.
