Arrival
All PIM group members arrived separately around 8:00 pm at the Wind Lake Ave residence and unloaded their equipment. Michael had been to the location in the past, and with his sensitive abilities was able to pick up on a few spirits in the home. Karen (another sensitive) also did her impressions of the location.
After Noah, Karen and Michael took a walk through together inside the home, they went outside to do an outdoor evaluation of the property. They did not investigate this part of the property during the investigation.
The main focus of this investigation was of the second floor and attic.
After Michael and Karen did a sensitive evaluation of the home, a group meeting was called to discuss where to set up the equipment. Karen also noted in the smaller of the bedrooms on the second floor (the one next to the kitchen) that there seemed to be an area that may have had high electromagnetic field (EMF) readings as she felt dizzy by it. Noah used a Tri-field detector and concluded that the room had high EMF.
NOTE: High EMF readings can cause nausea, headaches, the feeling of being watched as well as paranoia.
An EMF sweep was done of the rest of the floor, and a few places were found to have high EMF, but not as high as that particular room.
It was also found that even with the power shut off, EMF was being detected. It was noted that outside the front of the house was a power line.
The group then set up their equipment throughout the second floor and attic. While on the second floor, Noah was helping Michael set up a camera in the smaller bedroom. Two women were also with the group as they were setting up. Karen had heard a loud creaking noise coming from the kitchen and thought it was Noah when he was moving around. It was retested to see if it was Noah, but it wasn’t. Shortly after, both Karen and Michael now heard the creaking noise from the kitchen. No one was in the kitchen at the time.
Video Cameras:
1) Sony Handycam DCR-HC26 – (Michael’s) with 2-IR Illuminators (Noah’s) – placed in attic along with red laser light.
2) PANASONIC Mini DV with IR Illuminator (Michael’s) – placed in dinning area of the second floor.
3) SONY SR-80 w/Illuminator (Noah’s) – Was used as a free-moving camera.

1) Olympus WS-2105 (Michael’s) – Dining Room second floor
2) SONY ICD-UX70 (Michael’s) – placed in attic on a chair
3) Sony ICD-P520 (Karen’s) – was a used as a free-moving recorder

The group decided to begin the investigation in the attic, and left the two women on the second floor to sit quietly during the investigation.
Investigation
Heading up to the attic, the group sat in different parts of the area: Noah was near the stairs, Michael was in the back part of the attic and Karen sat near the door into the back part of the attic. The group sat in silence and noticed there was a lot of background noise from the traffic and people outside.
Noah heard the women on the second floor move around, and went to check on them. During that time, Michael and Karen heard noises moving around and tried to do an electronic voice phenomena (EVP) session. Before Noah came back up, both Michael and Karen thought they heard him coming up the stairs, but there was no one there. Later it was asked of Noah to try to recreate the noise by going downstairs and coming back up – the sound was not the same as heard before.
It should also be noted when Noah went to the second floor to see if the women were still there, he actually saw the motion detector turn on as he entered the room. He thought it might have been his UV flashlight that set it off as he wasn’t far enough in the room to turn it on by himself, but the group was unable to recreate this.
No other activities occurred during this time, and the group moved down to the second story of the home. They decided at this time to leave their equipment running while they went down the street to a gas station.
Upon returning to the location, the group started on the second floor, and once again split into different parts of the area: Michael was in the living room, Noah in the dining area and Karen in the bedroom with the closet. During this time, Michael was trying to contact a young child spirit that both he and Karen had picked up. During Michael’s EVP session, his EMF detector had gone off once in response to a question.
Noah and Karen would also occasionally hear knocks on the dining and bedroom walls.
No other activities occurred at this time.
The group then decided to try an experiment with stuffed animals and toys to see if the child spirit would want to play with them. Michael asked the owners if the group could borrow a few toys, and set them up throughout the dining room area.
All members returned to the attic to see if they could pick up on any other movements. Again, no other activities occurred.
After returning to the second floor, no toys were moved, and another EVP session was tried. No other activities occurred.
The group wrapped up the investigation around 12:05 am.
Conclusion
PIM’s investigation of this location did not yield any concrete evidence. Other than a few personal experiences, nothing major occurred during the investigation. Although the sensitives in the group indicated spirits were present, and seemed to want to communicate, without any hard evidence to back up these feelings PIM can not make any conclusions as to the whether this location is haunted. If activity persists, and the clients would like us to return to do another investigation, PIM would be open to this possibility.

Karen’s Impressions:
First Floor
- Baby’s Room – Felt there was a woman in there who was a nurturer
- Dark Chair in the Corner – I felt like there was a man who was sitting in it – possibly a prior owner of it.
Second Floor
- Bedroom with closet – I picked up on a boy who appeared to be hiding in the closet. Possibly around 7 to 10 years of age.
- Living room – I felt there was a male, possibly older, looking out of the windows out to the road.
- Small bedroom near Kitchen – couldn’t tell if it was high EMF or someone was actually there.
Attic
By stairs – I picked up on an older woman who was angry we were up there. I felt we were being told to leave.
Outside
I felt there was an argument between two men outside by the three trees that are in the back. I almost felt like one of them may have been hurt.
