Arrival
Scheduled to arrive at 5:30 pm, Steve, Noah and Karen arrived separately and began unloading their equipment. Michael would arrive shortly thereafter. After unloading the vehicles and setting all equipment in the kitchen, the owner took the group on a tour of the home.
After the tour, group sensitives Michael and Karen went around the home and documented their impressions (see their impressions at the end of the report). At 6:00 pm, special guest Allison Jornlin, founder of the Milwaukee Ghost Tours, arrived to work with PIM for the night.
Before setting up equipment throughout the house, everyone sat in the Living Room at 6:30 pm to interview the owner about her experiences with the home.

At around 7:00 pm, the group disbanded to set up equipment throughout the house. Karen took electromagnetic field (EMF), temperature and humidity readings inside and outside the house. A list of all other equipment used and where they were placed is listed at the end of the report.

It would be noted that the way the staircases/duct work was in the house that voices from the second floor were amplified into the basement.
The group then took a food break around 8:15 pm in the Kitchen. After eating, Noah and the owner went to the basement to shut off power to the house, and at 9:05 pm, the group then began its night of investigating.
Investigation
The group started on the second floor with everyone in the house in different rooms: Karen/Owner – Lavender Room; Michael/Allison – Tangerine Room; Steve – Green Room; Noah – hallway by Yellow Room.
From 9:05 to 9:10 pm the group sat in silence to observe the noises of the house. Between 9:05 and 9:15 pm Karen stated she kept hearing an occasional beeping sound, but was unsure of where it was coming from. No one else heard the beeping.
During the group’s first electric voice phenomena (EVP) session, Michael noted around 9:20 pm there was an EMF fluctuation in the Green Room – it went from 0.5 to 1.3. He was unable to trace where it came from.
At 9:35 pm Noah moved to the stairwell. At 9:41 pm it was noted he thought he heard a noise from downstairs. Because the power to the furnace was turned off, the house could have been settling from the temperature change, which could have caused popping noises from the floor or other items in the home. The group concluded this part of the investigation at 9:51 pm and returned downstairs for a quick break.
Noah decided to split the group into two smaller ones – he and Michael would head to the basement and observe, while Karen, Steve, Allison and the owner went back upstairs to do an EVP session around 10:15 pm.
Once back upstairs, everyone sat in a room by themselves in a different room than they were in prior. Karen was in the Green Room, Steve in the Tangerine Room, Allison in the Lavender Room and the owner in the Yellow Room. A TriField meter was left in the doorway to the Green Room with Steve’s video camera running on it. They sat in silence for a couple minutes and then started an EVP session.
At 10:16 pm Steve thought he heard a noise in the Tangerine room, but was unsure if it was the wind or not. Downstairs in the basement, Michael picked up on the old woman he sensed earlier following them to the basement – he stated she doesn’t go to the top floor. At 10:31 pm, Michael sensed the lady left the basement and that a “weird” energy entered, which then moved away at 10:33 pm.
Around 10:34 pm Noah came upstairs and took the TriField meter that was in the Green Room to use in the basement. There were odd fluctuations of EMF in the basement that were at 1.1-1.3 which would then drop to 0.3. It was also noted by Noah there seemed to be temperature change at 10:35 pm. Unfortunately, no temperature meter was available to take the measurement. There were also times the EMF detector had multiple EMF spikes, which were as high as 4.0.
Back upstairs at 10:52 pm, all group members switched rooms once again. Karen moved to the Tangerine Room, Steve to the Lavender Room, the owner the Green Room and Allison the Yellow Room. No activities occurred during this EVP session, and at 11:10 pm they headed back to the Kitchen, where Noah and Michael would meet back with them at 11:12 pm.
Michael and Noah stated they thought they heard footsteps on the main level when they were in the basement. At around 11:33 pm, they would return back to the basement, while Karen walked around the main level and second floor level from room to room to see if the sound could be recreated. It was noted the footsteps could be heard from the Lavender Room in the basement, which sounded like it was from the main floor.
At 11:35 pm, to try to do an opposite experiment, the same groups went back to where they were before (Michael and Noah – basement, the rest – upstairs). This time Michael and Noah would try to do an EVP session and those upstairs were to observe to see if any activities would occur.
While in the basement, Michael tried communicating with a male he sensed. He was able to pick up that the male’s name started with a “B”. Once in the cellar, they were getting EMF spikes from 0.2 to 2.3.
Upstairs the group was situated with Karen in the Lavender Room, Steve in the Yellow Room, the owner in the Tangerine Room and Allison in the Green Room. At 12:05 am, Steve’s hand-held camera and IR light both shut off, but worked fine when he turned them back on. He would also note shortly after that the battery in his video camera in the Green Room was out – the battery was freshly charged prior to the investigation.
At 12:10 am Noah radioed up to have the owner come down to the cellar to join Michael. No other activities occurred. It would be noted that the motion detector in the Tangerine Room was affected by two-way radio. When the button to radio the other two-way radio was pressed, it would actually turn on the motion detector even if they were not in the same room.
After a while, all group members would later meet back in the Kitchen and would spread out on the first level at 12:32 am. Karen and Allison were in the Family Room, Michael and the owner in the Living Room, Steve was on the stairs, and Noah was in the Kitchen. No activities occurred during the EVP session, and the group concluded the investigation at 12:50 am.
All equipment was taken down and packed. Allison was the first to leave, and all members of PIM would follow, leaving around 1:30 am.

Conclusion
The activity that was experienced during this investigation was minimal at most. Small noises were the most that could be found during the investigation. The most vexing thing found during this investigation were the random and drastic changes in EMF levels mainly experienced in the basement, but also seen on the first floor as well. The EMF levels could not be traced to any one source, and the fluctuations were neither equal in duration or in intensity. There did seem to be a slight pattern where the EMF would gradually increase to a level and then gradually decrease back to baseline, but that was the only thing that PIM could find in common with the phenomena. PIM is in the process of obtaining new, more sensitive EMF meters that will better be able to distinguish between sources of EMF.
The owner mentioned the day after our investigation she found the washer lid had been raised, which was one of the incidents of activity that she had mentioned. She was planning on lowering it and placing something on top of the lid to see if it would rise again. The lid was not reported to have been raised after this, but she has stated a sock was moved on top of some of her clothes that were drying.
At this time, faced with the minimal evidence that PIM was able to record, PIM is of the opinion that this residence is not haunted. Subsequent investigations of the location may change that opinion.
